Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

To ensure exceptional service for our guests at KAILO, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $100.

Age Limitations
Guests must be at least 16 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visit and treatment. For those aged 18 and over, identification may be required if necessary.

Credit Card Policy

All appointments at KAILO Medispa and KAILO Well require providing credit card details at the time of booking, whether made online, over the phone, or in-store. Your credit card information is securely stored using our software provider, Zenoti. This allows for efficient checkout and can be used for future treatments, product purchases, etc. Alternatively, you may choose to use an alternate payment method. Guests with existing appointment deposits may apply these towards their payment.

Please note that no-show appointments and cancellations for any reason, including due to COVID-19, may incur a no-show/cancellation fee of up to $100.

Consent Forms

All treatments at KAILO Medispa require completed consent forms prior to treatment commencement. These forms include necessary medical information required by the treatment provider. Consent forms may need to be updated annually or whenever a new provider administers treatment.

Terms & Conditions

KAILO Medispa Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable for all treatments and products available at the spa and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. These cards cannot be exchanged for legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card, or another eGift Card) and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may result in a $100 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the value of the Gift Card. If price increases occur, the difference in cost must be paid by the Gift Card holder at the time of redemption. By purchasing or using a KAILO Medispa Gift Card, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
